Job description: Senior Administration Officer, Winchester. Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Senior Administration Officer role in Winchester. As a Senior Administration Officer based in Winchester it is essential that you have previous administrative experience with demonstrable aptitude for a higher level, as well as being proficient in the MS Office Package.
A key aspect of this role will be developing and implementing effective local systems, procedures and standards in response to customer and business needs, so previous experience of process implementation is also required.
In this role, you will be required to allocate and prioritise work for more junior levels and answer routine enquiries and refer more complex enquiries appropriately, so excellent organisational skills will also be beneficial.
