Job description: Senior Customer Service Advisor, Cambridge

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Senior Customer Service Advisor vacancy for a local authority in Cambridge.

To be successful as a Senior Customer Service Advisor in Cambridge, it is essential that you have previous working experience with Housing Repairs, Council Refuse, Planning or Environmental Services knowledge, as you will be working in a high volume contact centre dealing with queries relating to these matters. Furthermore you will need to have experience in dealing with customers both face-to-face and over the phone.

Key responsibilities in this position will include
- Establish the extent of repair required and book the relevant trades-person to attend the customer's property
- Check relevant databases for missed bin reports, raise jobs to clear rubbish, graffiti and dangerous objects in a timely manner
- Accurately record food, noise and other Environmental Services complaints or requests
- Assist customers with using the online planning system
- Take payments using in-house payment systems

This role is full time, 37 hours per week on an initial two-month contract. Please ensure you have a basic DBS prior to applying for this role.
