Job Description
A Local Authority based in London is looking for a temporary Senior Finance Officer to join the team on an initial 6 month basis. The postholder will be part of the Education Property Team and will be required to provide an effective and efficient administrative financial support, responsible for overseeing the financial transactions through accurate and timely processing of purchase orders and invoices; and carrying out regular reconciliations.

Ideal Candidate
- Prior experience of working in a Local Authority finance team preferred
- Experience of accounts payable, purchase orders and providing financial support
- Experience of using and developing financial systems and procedures
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
