Job description: Resident Liaison Officer, Sussex, Battle
A London Housing Association are looking to recruit a Senior Sales Executive on a long-term temp to perm basis. To take ownership of a development sales from sales set-up to sales completion. As a Senior Sales Executive, you'll provide an end to end customer sales service for all Shared Ownership sales transactions, ensuring all sales targets and the clients values are upheld. We are looking for somebody with a strong sales background and experience in on-site Shared ownership sales.
In addition, you'll be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, you'll be personable, well presented, and composed at all times, and you'll be an active team player, working well with the Sales Manager.
You'll lead on sales as directed by the Sales Manager. You'll achieve agreed sales targets including progressing sales within agreed time limits. You'll communicate promptly and pro-actively with customers to achieve reservations. You'll provide regular reports on progress to the Sales Manager.. You'll build strong relationships with internal teams- development, leasehold, aftercare, finance and housing management.

The Role
Your key duties within the role will include the following:
-To take ownership of a development sales from sales set-up to sales completion.
-To attend meetings as required to ensure effective sales delivery and harmony with the development team. Including: scheme familiarity, , set a standard and attend technical demonstrations
-To deliver the sales targets set by the Sales Manager. Whilst delivering excellent customer values in line with the clients Core Values.
-To manage and maintain the CRM database in line with GDPR legislation
-To lead on off plan sales, chasing enquiries and developing reservations.
-To progress all sales from reservation to exchange and completion. Ensuring the key KPI's are met.
-Cover of the OMS sales negotiator if required.
-To complete the weekly progress reports and send to sales team.
-To meet all necessary legal and regulatory requirements
-To capture customer feedback through surveys and face to face discussions and provide results for further analysis
The Candidate
To be considered for this role,
-Experience of working an Asset Management/Property function
-Experience of facilitation of resident involvement forums and focus groups

The Contract
This is a full-time role for 12 weeks, ASAP Start, 36 hours per week.
