Job description: Service Care Solutions are looking for a Senior Team Manager for an independent healthcare service based in Camden, London.

Salary £35,000.

The organisation is a private group helping individuals who have mental health issues with housing care and support across London.

The successful candidate will be well organised, approachable, reliable and dedicated as the organisation works on a person-centred approach. They will also need to be highly experienced in management within mental health and able to use their initiative to help the group progress whilst remaining compliant and able to provide the very best service.

Essential Criteria
You will hold a relevant qualification (Nurse, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Social Worker or Substance Misuse Counsellor) or be experienced as a Mental Health Manager. Experienced in mental health with a knowledge of mental health legislation, of performance management techniques, the recovery model and of change, risk and medication management.

Roles & Responsibilities
You will be able to implement your own ideas and make a mark on the business whilst inspiring and developing colleagues by leading a multi-skilled team in delivering a number of innovative support programmes. Being a Senior Team Manager, you will be managing 4 services across Camden and Islington, ensuring they remain customer-focused, compliant and commercially viable whilst agreeing and implementing contracts that incorporate best practice. Managing Team Managers, you will assume the responsibility for managing budgets and maintaining local authority, stakeholder and business partner relationships.

Required Characteristics
You will need to be seen as approachable, reliable and dedicated to ensure all aspects of your duties and responsibilities are carried out to the highest standards. You should be able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Commercially minded whilst service focused, a strong communicator who is able to inspire others and negotiate persuasively.
