Job description: Service Charge Officer - Solihull.

2 Month Contract

Working from home an option.

Rate Open

Main Duties:
Strong Team Worker - working closely with Housing Management Team, Rent Setting, and Leasehold teams..

Dealing with Customer Enquiries in welcoming way, and responding to enquiries

Understanding Leasehold Service Charges accounts, identifying if charges may have been set or apportioned incorrectly

Strong technical and legislative knowledge of Service Charges Legislation for both rented and leasehold accounts.

Working with colleagues both within team and across wider business to deliver customer services.

Working on Microsoft office and in house systems such as Housing Management System - Active H

Good communication skills, and ability to explain complex charges in a clear and concise way to customers.

Fully competent in the use of MIS "Active H", specifically Rent Accounting, EDRM, GIS and CRM so as to manage customers transactions, understand rent and service charge payments, access previous customer communication.
