Service Delivery Manager

Service Care Solutions are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to manage the development and deployment of IT solutions, change and risk management and the interaction between development and support services for an Public sector organisation in London. Use data to inform planning. Manage complex internal and external dependencies. Ensure service delivery adheres to the appropriate standards.

As Facilities Manager - (Inside IR35) your main responsibilities would be:

Manage the development and deployment of IT solutions, change and risk management and the interaction between development and support services.

Take ownership of technical design decisions throughout the delivery and assist project decision-making around the appropriate way to achieve deployment.

Use data to inform planning. Manage complex internal and external dependencies.

Ensure service delivery adheres to the appropriate standards.

Essential:
Facilities Management experience
Experience in application of statutory regs
Stakeholder engagement experience
Experience of dealing with contracted out services
Good interpersonal skills / communicator

Desirable:
Public Sector or Prison experience
IWFM Level 4
NEBOSH
IOSH
