Job description: We are looking for someone to design, fabricate and install signs for a variety of uses including signs for premises, indoor and outdoor exhibition displays, vehicle bodies and traffic signs, prepare estimates and assist with sales for the Sign Shop.


KEY TASKS

*Design and fabricate signs for a variety of uses including vehicle bodies.
*Installation of various signs and graphics to a range of materials at different sites.
*Preparation of estimates to provide quotes
*Assist with sales
*Liaise with clients.
*Liaise with Stores Section on matters relating to stores and materials supplies.
*Assist the Production Lead in assessing material requirements and applying specified work values.
*Provide technical advice as required.
*Responsible for keeping work area tidy and free from waste materials.
*Load/unload materials/stores.
*Check and maintain machinery/power tools including liaise with service engineers.


In order to apply you will have.
*Demonstrable experience in the fabrication of Signs or similar role.
*Demonstrable experience of estimating and costing jobs from customer specifications
*Demonstrable experience of installation of signs and graphics to a range of materials at different sites.
*Knowledge of computer design packages
