Job description: Social Work Team Manager, Adults Community, London Tri-Borough

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Team Manager to work in the Community Social Work Team in Kensington (Tri-Borough)

This is to work Full Time and is to start ASAP on a 3-month + contract.

Pay rates are negotiable depending on experience.

About the Community Team Manager role:
*You will have a good understanding of the Care Act, Mosaic framework and Safeguarding/safeguarding cases
*You must have strong Leadership skills
*Previous experience of working in a Community team is required.

Requirements for this Social Work TM role:
*Professionally qualified, registered Social Worker adhering to the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) standards of proficiency
*Enhanced DBS
*You will be an experienced manager who has worked in Community Teams
