Job description: Service Care Solutions are recruiting CAMHS experienced practitioners; RMN, CPN, QSW or OT, to join a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) in Greater Manchester.

Hours and Length of Contracts: The service operates a Monday to and the manager is looking practitioners full time for an initial 13-week contract with a strong likelihood of extension.

Pay rate: The post is paying between £19-30ph (Umbrella Ltd) depending on banding and time of shift worked.

Setting: Community Setting - Driver Essential

Daily Duties: The successful applicant will work within a core CAMHS team providing therapeutic support for young people up to 18 years of age managing their own caseload of patients. The post holder will demonstrate an understanding of a range of issue which affect young people's Mental Health Wellbeing including; Anxiety, Depression, Eating Disorders, Psychosis, Attachment Difficulties, Self-Harming and ASD/ADHD and other complex psychological difficulties . The unit is led by a Multidisciplinary (MDT) of healthcare professionals including Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Mental Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Dieticians and Teachers who enable the seamless assessment and treatment of range of young people with both acute and complex needs, therefore the ability to work within a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) and foster good working relationships is essential. Provide a flexible approach to children young people and their families and carers who may have difficulties engaging with services. To have the ability to work under pressure as an effective organised lone worker.

Person Specification: Must be a Qualified Mental Health Nurse who is currently registered with the NMC or a Qualified Social Worker / Occupational Therapist currently registered with the HCPC.

It is essential the applicant must hold a minimum 12 months recent employed experience working in Children's Mental Health and Hold a full UK driving license with car for work. | 01772208963
