Job description: Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker in Hertfordshire to work in a Children's Social Services Department.

This position will be based in a busy Family Support Team.
We are looking to recruit highly motivated qualified Social Workers within an Assessment & Family Support Team, who will be able to assess effectively and manage a fast paced work environment.

For this position, you must have -
*A degree or masters in Social Work (or any other recognised equivalent qualification)
*HCPC registration

It is desirable that you have 1+ years post qualifying experience within Children's Services.

You will need to have the following skills to be considered for this role-

the suitable candidate will need to have extensive Childrens experience with a keen interest to be a part of the "Family Safeguarding" way of working.

Working collaboratively with multi-agencies to deliver the best outcomes for children and their families.

*Workers will be issued with iPads and they will have the ability to work from various "Touchdown" locations across the county.

*you will have regular supervison and will have no more than 20 case loads
