Job description: Band 6 Mental Health CAMHS Social Workers required in Suffolk ASAP!

Temporary pay rate: £24ph

Role 1: North Suffolk (Community)
*Part Time 3 days per week between: Monday to Friday 09:00 -17:00
*Initial 3 month contract (likelihood of extension)
*Integrated Delivery Team - applicant must drive and have access to a car.
*Youth Pathway - managing a caseload of 14-25 year olds
*Busy Duty Team - carrying out assessments and reviews

Role 2: South Suffolk (Service Based)
*Full Time between Monday to Friday 08:00 - 20:00
o08:00-16:00 / 12:00-20:00 OR 08:00-20:00
oThursdays and Fridays to be worked ideally
*To triage calls and referrals
*Knowledge/experience working with the Suffolk Systems

The service provides assessment and intervention for young people and their families within the community working from an office base and clinic setting and you will be working within the child and family team (0-14) and youth (14-25) team.

The role will to be support the teams in managing cases through telephone and may involve being part of an assessment clinic and providing short term interventions.

The service helps support those with:
*Anxiety
*Deliberate self-harming
*Eating disorders
*Low mood
*Attachment disorders
*Those struggling with the effects of major negative life events
*Attention deficit disorder combined with mental health problems such as anxiety or low mood
*Autistic spectrum disorders combined with mental health problem such as anxiety or low mood

Person specification:
The applicant must be DBS cleared and have previous experience in the field.
