Job description: Specialist Customer Service Advisor needed for Oxfordshire County Council, £11.41 ltd an hour

Start Date- ASAP
Contract End date- 5 months initially
Hours per week - 37 hours
Pay rate - £11.41 ltd an hour
Team - Social Care Teams
Location - Oxford - HOME BASED ROLE

Although this is a customer service role, the Social & Health Care Team are the front door to Adult and Children Social Services. The team complete assessments for service users that require support with day to day living. The calls can take up to 45 minutes to complete taking detailed information from the service user about how they manage day to day. This is not a data entry role, but assessments are completed computer based.

What is required?
*Significant experience as a Customer Service Advisor
*Minimum requirement of 2 to 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grades A* - C (pre-2018) or Grade 4 or above (post 2018) including Mathematics and English.
