Job description: Support Assistant - Camden (N7)
A large housing association are recruiting for a Support Assistant to join their team in Camden on a full time basis, to provide individual tenancy support to people in the community, helping them to maintain their tenancies, prevent homelessness and continue to live independently

The Role
The focus of the role is to carry out support planning and risk assessments for high need customers with the support of a Support Officer. This will involve collaborating with relevant community agencies to ensure customers receive appropriate advice and support. You'll also be responsible for engaging with customers and raising their awareness of local services and facilities to ensure they have access to training, education and work. Working closely with other departments, you'll ensure that key performance targets are met and that all customer records are up to date

The Candidate
To be considered for this role, you will require the following skills and experience:
*Experience of working with vulnerable people with a range of needs in a support capacity
*Good communication skills and the ability to engage with, and respect the needs of, vulnerable people
*IT skills including the use of Microsoft packages
*To manage and maintain administration and recording systems
*To comply with policies & procedures, including: Safeguarding, Health & Safety, Customer Care

The Package
This is a permanent role, full time role, working 37.5 hours per week. The salary on offer is £18,000 and will come with additional benefits!
The hours are as below:
*Shifts: 8AM - 4PM, 10AM - 6PM, 1PM - 9PM, 1AM - 11AM
*Shift times for sleep-in are 1pm-11pm plus sleep-in plus 8am-2pm.
You must be flexible to work all shifts.
