Job description: Service Care Solutions are recruiting a Support Worker in the Preston area on a temporary to permanent contract.

The residential service offers support to young people aged 16-30 with significant mental health difficulties who are often leaving the hospital and who require a higher level of support on discharge than other services can provide.

Temporary Pay Rate:
£11.00p/hr (Ltd) Days
£12.00p/hr (Ltd) Waking Nights

£55 (Ltd)per sleep in

The placements are working on a temporary to permanent basis, therefore if both parties are happy with the position a permanent placement can be secured.

Person Specification:
The successful applicant must have recent employed experience within Mental Health Support.
It would be beneficial if the applicant holds a current DBS Certificate on the online update service.
