Job description: My client is a nationwide care provider who focuses on providing support for people with more complex needs including autism, mental health needs, and profound and multiple learning disabilities supporting over 1,000 across England and Scotland.

A CQC registered residential home/shared accommodation in Lancashire are looking for a number of experienced Male Support Workers to join the team on a temporary to permanent contract. The support is always person-centred, tailored to an individual's needs while promoting independence and dignity.

Being a support worker means you are integral to the day to day lives of the people you support, helping them with various activities such as assistance with personal care, household chores, meal preparation, leisure activities, social inclusion and maintaining health and well-being.

Temporary Pay Rate:
£10.00p/hr (Ltd) Std Days | £11.00p/hr (Ltd) Nights & Saturdays | £12.00p/hr (Ltd) Sundays | £13.00p/hr (Ltd) Bank Holidays

Permanent Pay Rate:
Guaranteed hours, full training and a great career opportunity packed full of benefits.
Earn around £20,252* per year as a Support Worker on a permanent contract (*based on 37.5 hours per week at £7.95 PAYE per hour, 7.5 hours average additional over-time per week, plus 1 sleep-in per week at a rate of £30.90).

Person Specification
The applicant must be Male Support Worker with previous employed experience in the field. "Gender is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010".
