Job description: Community Support Workers are required for an exciting opportunity to join an NHS Enhanced Community Pathway Team within Bury St Edmunds!

Long term booking available with full time Monday to Friday hours!

Applicant must drive and have access to a car.

Temporary pay rate:
*Days £11ph ltd
Hours and length of contract:
*Full Time: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00
*Initial 3 month contract (with likelihood of extension)
*The manager requires the position to be filled ASAP!
Daily Duties:
Working as part of the Enhanced Community Care Pathway (ECP) you will support service users with mental health issues such as anxiety and depression where previously traditional CMHT contact has not been successful.

You will work within a formulation model to deliver a wide range of evidence based individual and group interventions, providing an innovative, and socially inclusive approach towards their individual journey of recovery.

Daily Duties include but are not limited to:
*Care for the patient's physical, psychological, social, spiritual, cultural and recreational needs within a defined programme of healthcare ensuring that the patient's dignity is maintained at all times.
*Observe, report and record any changes, which may indicate an alteration in the patient's wellbeing as well as any routine observations required.
*Communicate with patients, relatives and carers ensuring that professional boundaries are observed at all times.

Person specification:
The applicant must be DBS cleared and have previous experience in the field.
