Job description: Service Care Solutions are looking for a Support Worker to work in Swan House, a residential home working with adults with learning disabilities. The home is based within London Borough of Hillingdon and they need someone to work on a shift basis supporting the 20 residents.
The exciting opportunity within Hatton will include
* Assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals.
* Generally promoting the resident's independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care.

They are looking for the candidate to have:
*Experience or a desire to work with Adults within a residential setting
*Friendly and professional manner treating service users with the utmost respect
*Happy to work in a team player, yet be able to work alone when called upon
*Satisfactory Policy Check and check against the PoVA list
Skills required:

* A DBS from within the last 12 months
* Applications are invited from those with a care background.
* We will need 2 references
* A Car driver is beneficial but not essential
