Our client, a housing group based in Wiltshire are looking for a Surveyor to join their team. This is on a permanent basis.

The salary for this position is £42,000.

The purpose of the role is to:

• Provide property surveying services primarily across the homecare directorate but also in supporting the wider business as and when required.
• Repairs and Maintenance works.
• To provide surveying capability in relation to identifying, inspecting, and providing solutions to problems and defects with our stock.
• To prepare schedules of work and project management support in relation to minor/major works where the technical surveying level is appropriate to specify and oversee the resulting works.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies/attributes;

• Previous experience working in a similar role, candidates will need to be an experienced Surveyor that has worked on Repairs and Maintenance projects ideally within a Housing Association.
