Job description: Team leader within CMHT - Liverpool

Liverpool City Council are currently recruiting for 2 team leaders to work within their Community Mental Health teams.

These posts are for a 3-month ongoing contract.

To be considered for this role you require the following:
*Degree in social work
*HCPC Registered
*Experience in dealing with MTD (multidisciplinary teams)
*Experienced in using liquidlogic.

Duties include;
*Deliver effective services through management of operations, resources, information and people.
*Direct line management of social work staff
*Manage a team of fieldwork staff and budgets within constraints of policies, including monitoring, planning and prioritising workload across the team
*Budget management and monitoring.
*Negotiate contribution from other statutory organisations towards aspects of care
*Develop and maintain strong multi-agency relationships, plan jointly with others and commission new services.
*Develop and monitor contract relationships with other agencies
*Maintain departmental standards on case recording, equalities and client access
*Be responsible for financial and staff management, as well as safeguarding within the team
