Job description: TEAM MANAGER - ASSESSMENT - HARINGEY
Service Care Solutions is looking for a Team Manager to work as part of the Assessment Team for Children's Services for Haringey Council. The successful individual will be a qualified social worker with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar setting. This is a permanent role.

SALARY - £49,464 - £54,597

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
*HCPC Registered
*Evidence of post-qualification continuing professional development
*A recognised management qualification or evidence of participation on an organisational leadership or management development programme (desirable)
*Experience with care leavers and other vulnerable young people

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
*To ensure that the team undertakes its work in accordance with Health and Safety legislation and Council Policy
*To participate in the quality assurance processes, including audit and review in order to identify and promote best practice
*The ability to provide leadership to the team
*Good knowledge of thinking and research on children in care and care leavers
*Chairing and recording multi-agency meetings
