Requirements: You have an in-depth understanding of mental health issues, substantial experience of working in a Housing and Social Care setting, understand the CQC requirements for Domiciliary Care and have a full and clean driving licence. Welcome to the award-winning company, Shine. Right now, we're looking for someone like you to manage the day-to-day running of our Floating Support service. Here, we provide a floating support service for people with mental health problems and complex needs. But, we need your help in order to provide the very best recovery focused delivery.

As well as providing front line services for a period of time, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of service and support provided to people who use our services, sourcing property, line managing front line staff, attending case and team meetings and developing this exciting service line. You won't be short of challenge and variety. Substantial experience gained managing a caseload of individuals with complex needs is a given, while a relevant professional social care qualification and/or QCF in Health & Social Care is useful as is previous CQC registration for Domiciliary Care, but not essential. What is for certain though is that you're outcome driven, an excellent and charismatic communicator and decision-maker and able to lead by example using your firm but inclusive management style. You're open and encouraging too, and have lots of tact and diplomacy. What's more, you're great at managing conflicting priorities on time, are able to delegate effectively, have a flexible attitude to working hours and are willing to participate in on-call arrangements. You should also have experience of writing reports/making recommendations and be a competent IT user. The successful candidate will be offered a £2,600 Golden Hello payment. £1,000.00 will be paid after a successful induction period lasting between 6 weeks and the remainder after 12 month's continued service.
