Job description: Team Manager - 25+ Team - Dudley - £39.07/hr LTD

An exciting vacancy has become available in Dudley for a Team Manager with experience to join their 25+ team. You will ideally have experience of working within a 25+ team and should have an understanding of legislation that underpins this work. It will be essential for you to have experience of management roles.

You will be responsible for managing, leading and shaping a team of social work professionals. As a senior member of staff and a valued Team Manager you will be setting service priorities, planning team workloads, reviewing performance and monitoring and budget management. You will need to have previous experience in management. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity and suits those seeking a fresh challenge or equally those who are hungry for their next step from Deputy into a Team Management role.
