Job description: Service care solutions are looking for QSW Team manager to join the Leaving Care Services with Peterborough Council, Based at Sand Martin house!

The Leaving Care team in Peterborough is a well-established, well-run team with staff who are experienced innovative and caring in their approach to care leavers. The peer review held last year was very complimentary about their work taking ideas and approaches learnt back to their LA.
The Interim successful post holder would need to be an individual who is interested in care leavers, them as individuals, building on the improvements already made in the last 18 months

We are looking for Experience Team Manager who is able to demonstrate management of a Team there is eight unqualified personal advisors within the Team over seeing and Two Qualified Social workers

Assignment Details;

Pay Rate - £38ph MOC
Contract Length - 12 weeks / Locum (potential opportunity to go permanent)
Role - Team Manager Leaving Care services
Location - Peterborough Council, Sand Martin House
Start Date - 8th June 2020

What you need to apply?

-Experience within the last 2 years Management overseeing Social worker
-Leaving Care Services Experience
-HCPC registration / Relevant Qualification
-Car Driver
-Enhanced DBS
