Job description: Local Authority in Redbridge are looking for a Team Manager to work in the Parking and Permits team.

This role is an ongoing agency contract.

The purpose of the role is to provide day to day management and supervision of the staff within the team, including performance monitoring and discipline.

Solely responsible for managing and delivering all aspects of penalty charge notice (PCN) processing and recovery, this will include the issuance PCNs and statutory documents, debt registration and recovery, parking permits, public enquiries and formal complaints/investigations.

Candidates will need to have experience in a similar role and have knowledge of permits.
