Supported Living Team Manager - Frimley


A supported living service in Frimley is recruiting for a full time Team Manager to work within their service providing support to up to six service users with learning disabilities.


£150 permanent placement bonus for applying through Service Care Solutions.


Shifts - 9am - 5.30pm
Hours - Full Time Permanent Position
Pay - £11.50ph
Location - Frimley, Surrey


Role:
To provide supervisions and support to the staffing team and service users within the supported living complex. The service users are highly functioning with very little challenging behaviour. Main responsibilities of this position will be supporting the manager of the service and the staffing team of ten or more experienced support workers.

This is a successful charitable organisation offering specialist support to a range of sectors within the health and social care field. The CQC rating of the service is "Good" and connects to a number of connected sites across Surrey. There is flexibility in your working hours around 9am - 5pm however, please note we are needed someone who is flexible enough to work alternate weekend and stay to work a long shift is required. This is a small service with a team that operates on team work and flexibility.

Key Duties will involve:

  • Staff supervisions
  • Care planning
  • Rota planning
  • Assessments and assisting with managerial and service reports


Candidate Requirements:

  • Essential to have a minimum Health and Social Care
  • Preferable to have a valid DBS
  • Preferable to have previous experience in a similar setting
  • Flexible towards availability
  • Preferable to be a driver
