Job description: Technical Coordinator, Cambridge
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Technical Coordinator in an Estates and Facilities department in Cambridge. As an Estates and Facilities Technical Coordinator, you will require prior experience in a repair service, or as a minimum, working for a local authority. Furthermore, computer literacy is essential, especially MS Excel and Word.
Your main focus in this role will be to assist in providing comprehensive technical support to the Estates and Facilities service to include keeping accurate records, updating spreadsheets and databases, taking minutes of meetings, updating electronic filing systems, answering telephone calls and other general technical and providing administrative support as necessary. You will also be providing operational support relating to relevant documentation ensuring an effective audit trail demonstrating compliance with statutory requirements for inspection of services, including a range of mechanical, electrical and other technical installations, Fire Safety, Legionella, Asbestos and related inspection and certification requirements.
This is a full time vacancy, working 37-hours per week on a one-month contract.
