Job description: An Oxfordshire based Council are recruiting for an Tenancy Management Support Officer in Oxford. This role will be to provide specialist support to the Tenancy Management team by providing an initial telephone response service to tenants, leaseholders, external agencies and officers relating to tenancy management queries
The Role
Your key duties within the role will include the following:
*To provide an excellent customer service telephone response to tenants, leaseholders, external agencies and officers relating to tenancy management queries
*To be responsible for the co-ordination of the paperwork produced by the Tenancy Management Officers
*To be responsible for the inputting of data collected on to the Northgate database.
*To manage the workload for the Tenancy Management Officers including liaising with tenants and booking appointments for visits, including Tenancy Updates, welcome visits and mutual exchange inspections.
*To generate reports for Tenancy Update visits, Welcome visits and other required reports
*To produce associated paperwork for Tenancy Management Officer visits
*To scan and index paperwork to the tenancy management digital files
*To carry out tasks associated with Lagan (CRM) service requests including booking appointments, provision of forms and literature and responding to information requests
*To answer general enquiries to the Tenancy Management team email address or redirect
The Candidate
To be considered for this role you must have experience of property management and an ability to relate to customers facing stressful circumstance.
The Contract
This is a contact starting ASAP up to 31st August 2019, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
