Job description: Tenant Liaison Officer, Bromley
A London based client are recruiting of Tenant Liaison Officer based in Bromley. To provide a link between contractors, client and customers during works. Secondly, to provide administrative support for planned Investment, voids & Reactive works.
Description of duties:
*To support the team and contractors and provide an interface regarding all aspects of planning and delivery of the works.
*To provide day-to-day individual contact with tenants, resolve informal complaints first hand and communicate with managers on issue / resolution.
*To assist in the monitoring and managing of contractors.
* To ensure that procedures are followed and related documentation is maintained including all associated administration requirements.
*To liaise with residents regarding timing, choices and scope of works involved
*To identify specific needs for customers and ensure the service is tailored accordingly.
*To work with resident's to engage with local community groups and schools and attend resident's meetings as required.
*To Record all face to face / telephone interactions with tenant on in-house systems and spread sheets. Resolve issues within target times specified.
*To prepare and ensure all correspondence is sent to the customers within company guidelines.
*To assist in managing open days, CSR activities and any other company events.
*To assist with access for the works
*To assist with access for projects undertaken within the Investment Team
*To build and maintain a professional working relationship with clients and all stakeholders.
*All Administration duties required to deliver the works including customer correspondence letters and phone calls.
*To monitor and record all customer satisfaction information relating to work streams to ensure key performance target are met or exceeded.
*To develop innovative ideas to continually enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
*To meet appraisal targets and support the delivery and achievement of overall business objectives.

*To provide cover for annual leave, training and other absences.
*To adhere with section 7 of the Health and Safety at Work Act to take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts and omissions.

The Contract
This is a contact starting ASAP on a permanent basis, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
