Service Care Solution are a well-established recruitment agency based in Preston with a fantastic portfolio of clients and can support you with building a long term career in sales. We are recruiting for a 360-degree recruiter where you will be responsible for your own geographical area effectively building your own mini business.

What does the role involve?

• You will have complete autonomy of your own geographical market within a sector that you will give you a fantastic opportunity to maintain and develop further
• Fast pace sales role, 80% phone based through client and candidate relationship building which in turn will further improve your market and support with you achieving the highest possible commission
• Matching candidates to roles that you pull which makes both the candidate and client happy to accept
• You’ll be set realistic daily and monthly targets and KPI’s to achieve
