Job description: Service Care Solutions are a UK based recruitment agency, specialising across eight sectors. We provide temporary and permanent staff to Local Authorities, NHS Services, private organisations (e.g. residential homes), charities and Housing Associations.

Due to continued organic growth, we are looking to recruit a career driven and money motivated individual to join our company as Trainee Recruitment Consultant. The ideal candidate will be expected to be enthusiastic, organised, willing to learn and resilient with an attitude that enables you to succeed in a highly competitive market. Previous experience in a sales environment, outbound calls or customer service would be beneficial.

This is a full 360-degree recruitment role and you will take responsibility for your own desk from the outset. You will have complete autonomy of your own geographical market within a sector that will give you a fantastic opportunity to maintain and develop further. You will be building relationships with clients and candidates through speculative calls, aftercare and service calls. Your day will involve working towards realistic daily and monthly targets by matching candidates to roles currently open using a thorough resourcing process, writing and posting job adverts and networking internally and externally with clients.
