Job description: Role: Treasury Assistant
Location: Liverpool, L24
Work pattern: 35 hrs, Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00
Start date: ASAP
Contract Type: 3 month ongoing contract

I'm looking for a Treasury Assistant to work for a local housing association on a ongoing contract. I'm looking for somebody who has extensive experience and knowledge of property securitisation processes as the main purpose of the role will be to will be to successfully deliver property securitisation including investigation work, retrieval of securitisation documents, and working on property issues to secure securitisation. If you are interested in this role you need to have a strong analytical mind as well as the ability to provide excellent customer service to customers (internal and external) via email, telephone and face to face. This will be a fast paced environment so I am looking for somebody who can really hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities
*You will be responsible for raising any securitisation issues and work towards finding solutions.
*You will liaise with the company's lenders, solicitors and security trustees.
*You will be responsible for identifying and resolving any issues on uncharged stock.
*You will identify any stock that is unregistered with the land registry and arrange for registration.
*You will maintain and update the Treasury's various property records.
*You will reconcile property information on a periodic basis, identifying and reporting on any differences.
*You will co-ordinate property funding valuations.

Experience/Qualification:
*You will have awareness and knowledge of property securitisation process.
*You must have strong excel and word skills.
*You must be able to show evidence of spreadsheet analysis and interpretation.
*A degree or relevant experience.
