Job description: Children's Residential Waking Night Support Worker

My client is a new residential child care provider for looked after children, some of whom will have behavioural issues based in Southport. My client works with children aged between 12 - 16 years old.
My client is only opening 2 bed homes as the company believes smaller homes offer the best service to both the young people and the staff.

We are looking for a waking night Children's Residential worker to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for staff to get into children's residential service with little experience.

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate for this position will have a willingness to learn new skills on the job and be able to work within a fast paced team environment.

Salary: £19000 per year dependent on experience

Requirements:
* NVQ level 3 desirable
* Enhanced DBS
* Experience of working within a young person setting
