Job description: To join a large organisation with opportunities of future progression! Based in Leyland.

My client is a leading provider of residential care to children and young people in the North West. With the constant need to provide care to looked after children and children with EBD my client is ever expanding and therefore is now needing more Residential Workers to help provide the best service to the children and young people.

I am currently looking for a permanent Waking Night Children's Residential Support Workers to be based in the Leyland area.

As the Waking Night, Residential Support Worker you will complete the morning and night routines with the Young people, providing handover to you colleagues. You will complete regular checks of the Building ensuring all young people are safe. You will also provide emotional support to the young people throughout the night.

The property has a large fenced garden to the rear. There are 4 bedrooms in Maple House to house 3 young people. The fourth room is an office sleep-in room

Pay: £17500 - £18,500 dependent on experience + extra sleep ins available £75 each

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate for this position will have a genuine interest to work with young people. Experience of previously working in this environment or a formal qualification is advantageous. You must be a driver for this role.
