Welcome Manager, Chelmsford ( Lettings and Allocations)
3 Month Temp Contract
Experience, knowledge and skills:
*Knowledge of Housing regulatory standards, relevant policies, procedures, updated knowledge of Housing Law and relevant tenancy types.
*Knowledge of repairs and property standards.
*Experience of customer engagement, including the design and delivery of appropriate customer experience in response to change.
*Social housing sector lettings knowledge including choice-based lettings.
Accountabilities:
*Accountable for lettings to meet the requirements of the Nominations Agreements and, in turn, the regulatory standards.
*Lead, manage, resource and develop the team to deliver an effective allocation, letting and moving service to provide ***s distinctive customer experience.
*Establish and manage team performance, set targets to achieve delivery of ***'s distinctive customer experience, effective letting and moving across *** properties.
*Responsible for processing mutual exchange requests; coordinate inspections with District teams or surveyors as appropriate, obtaining reference requests.
*Develop and sustain key partnerships, including *** management agreements, to deliver the agreed letting and moving standards.
*Work with Neighbourhood, Voids, Customer Resolution Centre and wider *** teams to meet collaborative targets, training and advising teams to resolve complex queries.
*Promote the sign up and usage of the customer portal to enhance the customer experience, raising awareness of an omni-channel experience for delivery of services.
*Support and deputise for the Head of Customer Service when required.
*Undertake any other responsibilities relevant to this post, as directed by your line manager.
