Working from home German speaking Customer Service Officer
To work alongside a multinational team offering formal customer service support to our overseas clients.
The Job
Manage own caseload of Customers, along with the provision of information gathering and coming to payment solutions.
To maximise revenue by using strong negotiation skills.
Achieve call volume and quality targets as set out by the company.
Overcome objections and take ownership of queries.
Ensure the debtor remains on their arranged payment plan.
Desired Skills
Fluency in German and English is essential
Ability to work as per the strict client SLA
Ability achieve client and internal targets and deadlines
Excellent telephone skills / Experience in effective call handling
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to work under own initiative, and also as part of a team
Ability to work with Excel spread sheets
Understanding of TCF and relevant regulatory guidelines

Salary: £19,000 increasing to £20,000 and bonus first year OTE £23,000
