Job description: exclusions from school or any anti-social behaviour.
*Work directly with offenders and their families or carers.
*Collaborating with any relevant agencies in the assessment and support of clients to make sure high quality interventions are delivered.
*Report any information which may be heard, witnessed or obtained in any other way involving crime or child protection issues.
*To write up reports specific to the role and potentially have to present evidence to the courts.

Essentials
*Previous experience working within a Youth Offending role and in similar environment.

Key Skills
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with a wide variety of people (young people, their families, other agencies and professionals)
*Strong organisational skills
*Ability to work well and remain relaxed under pressure
*Good level of it skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
*Being able to take own initiative as well as part of a team
