Contract: Until April (with potential extension)
Working Hours:

• 09:00 – 17:00
• 09:30 – 17:30
• 10:00 – 18:00

About the Role Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join one of our primary care clients in Accrington. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a General Practice setting, providing high-quality clinical care to patients.

The contract runs until April, with strong potential for extension. You will be part of a supportive team delivering essential services to the local community.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and clinical examinations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe medications within scope of practice
• Provide health promotion and disease prevention advice
• Work collaboratively with GPs and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate clinical records using EMIS or SystmOne

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN
• Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification
• Independent Prescriber status
• Previous experience in a GP surgery or primary care setting
• Strong clinical decision-making skills
