care assistant/senior care assistant

We are currently seeking experienced Care Assistants and Senior Care Assistants to support a number of Dementia care homes across South Wales on an ad hoc / zero-hour agency basis.
 
This role is ideal for candidates who are flexible, reliable, and available at short notice to cover last-minute shifts.
 
Shifts Available

• Immediate start
• Day and night shifts available 7-7 and/or 8-8
• Shifts offered based on service requirements

• Caerphilly,CF83

 

• Pontnewydd, Cwmbran,NP44

 

• Cardiff, CF3

 

• Pontypool, NP4 

 
Requirements

• Minimum Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care or Level 3 for Senior care assistant
• At least 6 months’ UK experience as a Care Assistant within the last 6 months
• Ability to work flexibly and accept short-notice shifts
• A caring, professional, and reliable approach

 
Pay Rate

• £15.52 per hour (LTD rate) Inclusive of holiday pay and National Insurance
