Location: Hatfield
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £55,000 basic (OTE up to £76,500 in your first year)
Welcome Bonus: £5,000
Annual Bonus: Up to 21% of salary
Commitment Bonus: Additional £5,000 after 12 months
Annual Leave: 32 days (inclusive of Bank Holidays)

Join One of the UK’s Leading Providers of Education and Care We’re looking for an exceptional Children’s Home Manager to lead a dedicated team in delivering therapeutic care for children and young people in Hatfield. What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Leading a team to provide outstanding, trauma-informed care

  • Creating a safe, nurturing and empowering home environment

  • Driving strategic development and service improvement

  • Managing care planning, supervision, and staff performance

  • Overseeing the home’s budget and financial operations

  • Embedding safeguarding and compliance across the service

  • Acting as a positive role model for staff and residents

What You’ll Need:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior role in residential children’s care

  • Level 3 or 4 in Children & Young People’s Workforce

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)

  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding and care standards

  • Compassionate, resilient, and effective leadership style

  • Full UK driving licence and on-call flexibility
