Civil Litigation Solicitor

A well-regarded and forward-thinking law firm is seeking an enthusiastic Civil Litigation Solicitor to join its busy team in Enfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to join a firm that places client care and employee development at the forefront of its values.

Role:                     Civil Litigation Solicitor (1–3 PQE)
Location:             Enfield, North London
Salary:                  £35,000 – £50,000 per annum

The Role - You will become part of a supportive and ambitious team in a positive working environment where professional growth is actively encouraged. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based position offering exposure to a broad range of civil litigation matters.
Working alongside experienced solicitors, you will manage your own caseload while benefiting from mentoring and development opportunities. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality legal services, handling matters from instruction through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, including:
 

• • Contractual disputes
  • Negligence claims
  • Debt recovery actions
  • Commercial disputes
  • Building disputes
  • Misrepresentation cases
  • Inheritance Act claims
  • Contested probate matters
• Providing clear, practical advice to clients while maintaining excellent client relationships.
• Ensuring all matters are handled efficiently and to the highest professional standard.

The Candidate:
 

• 1–3 years PQE with experience in civil litigation.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a supportive team player.
• Client-focused, with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
