Commercial Property Solicitor

Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a highly respected regional law firm, recognised in the Legal 500 and Chambers Guide, for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team in Kidderminster. You’ll be joining a firm known for its supportive culture, long-term career development and high-quality work.
 
Role: Commercial Property Solicitor (2–5 years’ PQE)
Location: Kidderminster
Salary: £45,000 to £60,000
 
The Role:
This opportunity suits a generalist Commercial Property Solicitor, ideally with some development experience. You’ll manage a varied caseload of up to 100 matters, with appropriate supervision and support.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Development matters including site acquisitions.
• Sales, purchases and leases of commercial property.
• Non-contentious landlord and tenant work.
• Drafting and negotiating leases, licences and agreements.
• Property finance and development transactions.
• Title investigations and due diligence.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (2–5 years’ PQE).
• Experience in commercial property transactions and leases.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload.
