Service Care Solutions is working alongside a leading Legal 500 company, based in the Staffordshire, which looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team. Role: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
Location: Staffordshire – agile working
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits
 
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters with confidence and efficiency, including:

• Freehold Sales and Purchases.
• Leasehold Sales and Purchases.
• New-Build Purchases.
• Non-Transactional matters.
• Providing Land Law advice.
• Transfers of Equity.
• Assents.
• Re-mortgages.
• First Registrations.
• Lease Extensions.

About You

• 5+ years of PQE as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor in England or Wales.
• Assist junior members of the team when required.
• Strong client care skills with a focus on excellent service
