The role You’ll join a busy and well-established corporate team, working closely with an experienced partner and a group of respected lawyers advising some of Scotland’s most dynamic businesses. 
The role offers a broad mix of corporate work, including:

• Investments and fundraising
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Shareholder arrangements
• Share incentivisation and equity schemes

What you’ll be doing

• Managing your own portfolio of clients with early and meaningful client contact
• Taking increasing responsibility as you progress, based on capability rather than strict PQE
• Contributing to larger, more complex transactions while leading smaller matters independently

About you This opportunity would suit someone who is:

• A qualified solicitor with 2 years’ PQE in corporate transactional work (some flexibility on PQE) 
• Experienced in running transactions from start to finish
• Commercially aware, organised and confident managing competing deadlines
• Personable, client-focused and an excellent communicator
