Service Care Legal are recruiting on behalf of a leading Legal 500 firm based in East London who are seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their expanding team. Please find below further details regarding this position.
 
ROLE:                  Dispute Resolution Solicitor
PQE:                     3 to 6 years’
LOCATION:         East London / hybrid working
SALARY:              £45,000 to £60,000 per annum
 
The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of commercial and property litigation, including:
 

• Commercial disputes, civil fraud, contractual claims and debt recovery
• Injunctions (including freezing and proprietary injunctions)
• Intellectual property, professional negligence, shareholder and partnership disputes
• Property litigation including landlord & tenant, boundary disputes, dilapidations, lease renewals and TOLATA matters

 
The Ideal Candidate
 

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 3–6 years’ PQE
• Experience in commercial and/or property litigation
• Able to run matters independently with strong client-facing skills
