  • Drive partnership working across the council and external organisations to support families with complex needs.

  • Contribute to and implement service aims aligned with MHCLG (Supporting Families Programme) and Brent Children’s Trust priorities.

  • Support senior management in continuous service improvement, efficiency, and delivery against key performance objectives.

  • Analyse and assess family needs, identify trends, and develop innovative approaches to early intervention.

  • Contribute to service planning in line with wider council strategy and departmental goals.

Requirements
  • Level 4 qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Social Care, Education, Early Years, or Health.

  • Demonstrable experience managing or supervising staff within early help, family support, or children’s services.
