Employment Solicitor

Service care Solutions are currently working alongside a Thrilling law firm in Leeds who are looking for an Employment Solicitor to join their established and growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to work within a well-respected, full-service law firm advising a diverse client base.

The Role: Employment Solicitor
This role is offered on a full-time basis with a competitive salary around £50,000 – £68,000 per year for 3-5 PQE employment solicitors.

Responsibilities as an Employment Solicitor:

• Providing clear and pragmatic advice on a wide range of employment law matters.
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, handbooks, policies, and settlement agreements.
• Managing a varied employment law caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Advising both employer and employee clients on contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Supporting and collaborating with colleagues across the wider firm when required.

About you as an Employment Solicitor:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with relevant employment law experience.
• Ideally 3 years’ PQE in employment law (applications outside this range will still be considered).
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage your own caseload.
• Excellent communication and client-care skills.
• Commercially aware with a proactive and professional approach.
