Job Description
Service Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a top 200 law firm in Essex for a Legal Cashier to join the team on a temporary basis. The postholder will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of financial operations and compliance, working closely with colleagues, secretaries, and fee earners to provide accurate and timely financial support.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring online banking systems, reviewing of banking inbox daily and supporting the billing process.
• Managing daily client-to-office account transfers in compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules.
• Handling telephone and email enquiries and processing invoice payments via the online virtual payment portal.

Candidate Criteria

• Previous experience as a legal cashier.
• IT proficiency, with particular emphasis on Word and Excel
• Versatility, with the ability to quickly pick up various in-house systems.
