Legal Partner Corporate Law

Service care solutions are currently working with a law firm who have offices across the country and are considered one of the largest regional legal service businesses in the UK.

They are seeking an experience Legal Partner specialising in corporate law to join their team in the Manchester office.

This role pays a competitive salary of £100,000 - £140,000 annum depending on experience.

Responsibilities as a Legal Partner:

• Lead and manage complex domestic and cross-border transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and ancillary agreements
• Coordinate with regulatory, tax, employment, and other specialist teams

About you as a Legal Partner:

• Qualified solicitor with current practising certificate
• 10 years PQE experience in Corporate Law.
• Proven track records managing complex corporate matters independently.
• Strong commercial awareness and client-focused approach
• Experience advising corporates, investors, and financial institutions
