Litigation Solicitor

Service Care Solutions is working alongside a bustling local authority, based in Dorset, which needs an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their team and handle predominately education prosecutions matters.
 
Role: Litigation Solicitor
Location: Dorset – hybrid
Umbrella Rate: £50 - £55ph
PAYE Rate (Inclusive of holiday): £44.10 - £48.44ph
Contract length: 3 months ongoing
 
Key Responsibilities of the Litigation Solicitor role:

• Deliver clear, timely legal advice on litigation and dispute resolution.
• Prepare and conduct litigation, including advocacy where appropriate.
• Advise on risk, pre-action protocols, and settlement options.

Key Requirements:

• A Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with strong litigation/dispute resolution experience.
• Able to meet travel requirements.
• Excellent advocacy, communication, and drafting skills.
